### SmartDocto

SmartDocto is TechOne's AI document-processing platform for invoices, purchase orders, contracts, timesheets and other business documents. It extracts structured fields, assigns confidence scores, applies validation and approval rules and sends approved data to a target system.

- Deployment: shared cloud, private cloud or on-premises
- Inbound channels: web upload, external upload link, REST API and email
- Outbound channels: REST API, SFTP using JSON or CSV, SharePoint and OneDrive
- External collaboration: upload and viewer links can work without an account; external approval uses a restricted invited account and sign-in
- Corrections: field corrections and accuracy are tracked; templates and validation rules are then tuned. The product does not claim to retrain itself automatically from every correction.
- Onboarding: a pilot environment can be prepared within one business day. Templates, approval rules and the first integrations are tuned during a pilot that usually takes one to two weeks, depending on scope.

### Sales2Up

Sales2Up is TechOne's database of 3.5 million Czech companies aggregated from 16 public registers. It supports company search, segmentation, public-data analysis and CRM enrichment.

- Sources include ARES, the Commercial Register, Insolvency Register, VAT Register, public procurement data and other official registers.
- Data access: search, CSV or Excel export and API access.
- CRM connectivity: data can be imported into any CRM; TechOne builds REST API or custom connectors for a client's required flow. Sales2Up does not claim ready-made native HubSpot, Pipedrive or Raynet connectors.
