Context
Moving from Oracle Within a Group Program
Tesil Fibres moved from Oracle E-Business Suite to Dynamics 365 Finance as part of a group-wide program.
The group solution needed to incorporate Czech finance and statutory requirements while preparing the local team and data for launch.
Local Delivery
Connecting Czech Requirements with the Group Solution
We led local coordination and workshops with the Czech team and the group implementation team.
The work covered setting up the Czech company in the test environment, finance and VAT requirements, Oracle migration data and user training.
Testing and Launch
Validating Connected Processes Before Launch
Together with the Czech and group teams, we prepared end-to-end tests, production postings and data for the opening balance transfer.
After testing and cutover, the Czech team moved to Dynamics 365 Finance.
Hypercare
Post-launch Support for Czech Operations
During hypercare, we coordinated open items and supported users with local finance scenarios.
Follow-up work covered VAT and Control Statement reporting, Intrastat, fixed-asset imports and further functional testing.
