TECHONE SOLUTION

A project team for a defined part of your delivery

We take ownership of part of a project or the complete delivery from analysis to launch. We work alongside internal teams and other suppliers with responsibilities, outputs and handover agreed in advance.

When a project needs an additional team

TechOne takes responsibility for a defined output and connects its work to the people already involved.

Part of the project has no owner

Analysis, integration or development is waiting for someone to own decisions, dependencies and the handover of a completed output.

Ownership of an agreed part

A specific discipline is missing

The internal team runs the project but needs an ERP consultant, integration specialist, developer or cloud engineer for a defined area.

A role within the existing team

Changes continue after launch

The system is in production, but more changes, integrations and user requirements remain. The work needs shared priorities and a regular cadence.

Continued development with its own scope

What part of the work we can own

The engagement model is based on the expected output, responsibility and cooperation required.

The models can be combined. A completed ERP integration or custom application can continue into ongoing development under a newly agreed scope.

Who joins the work

The team is composed for the delivery scope. Not every project needs every role.

Analysis and delivery leadership

Process or systems analyst

Maps the process, data flows and dependencies. Prepares specifications, decision points and inputs for implementation.

Delivery leadership

Tracks scope, open decisions, risks and dependencies between business owners, internal teams and suppliers.

ERP and integration

ERP consultant

Handles Dynamics 365 implementation and development, data migration and the connection between ERP and financial, warehouse or manufacturing processes.

Integration specialist

Designs and implements API, EDI or file-based connections between ERP, e-commerce, CRM, banking, WMS and business partners.

Development and cloud

Developer

Builds ERP modules, web and mobile applications and their connections to existing systems.

Cloud and DevOps

Prepares environments, deployment, monitoring and operational handover within the scope of the project.

How the engagement works

Scope, responsibility and handover are agreed before the work starts.

01

Define the output and ownership

We review the problem, expected outcome, decision owners and inputs required from TechOne, the internal team or another supplier.

02

Set the roles and delivery plan

Based on the approved scope, we determine the roles, dependencies, communication model and acceptance conditions.

03

Deliver completed parts

We show progress through completed outputs, record decisions and verify that the delivery connects to the rest of the project.

04

Hand over or continue development

We hand over completed work with the agreed documentation. Continued support or development receives a separate scope.

Engagement models in practice

Each project demonstrates a different scope of TechOne responsibility.

  1. IBG 3 months Integration delivery

We connected Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and Dynamics NAV. A sales opportunity creates project documentation and passes defined data to ERP for invoicing.

  2. Medicalface 3 months + development Application delivery

We delivered a booking website and an application for clinic operations. Further features continue to be added after launch as the clinic needs them.

  3. Tesil Ongoing Defined scope in a wider program

Within a wider Dynamics 365 Finance program, we handle an agreed part of configuration, Oracle data migration, testing and user support.

  4. Helvetia 18 months + support Project and ongoing development

We rewrote a Visual Basic back office in C# .NET and moved it to Azure. Support, monitoring and development continue after deployment.

Common questions

Can you join our existing team?

Yes. Before work starts, we define the area TechOne owns, the expected outputs, decision authority and dependencies on the internal team or other suppliers.

Can you take ownership of the complete project delivery?

Yes, when the objective, scope, required inputs and acceptance method can be defined. TechOne is then accountable for the agreed delivery from analysis through implementation and testing to launch and handover.

Who leads the project and who will we communicate with?

This depends on the engagement model. A complete delivery has a named person responsible for scope and coordination. A single specialist can work directly within the client project team.

How do you determine the team composition?

We first review the expected output, current systems, dependencies and cooperation required. We then propose the roles and confirm the availability of specific people before the work starts.

How is the engagement priced?

It depends on scope, responsibility, the roles involved and the duration of the engagement. Complete delivery is based on agreed outputs, while ongoing development reflects reserved capacity and the working model.

What happens after launch?

We hand over the completed delivery with the agreed documentation and knowledge needed for further operations. If TechOne continues with support or development, that phase receives its own scope and responsibility.
