Junior B2B sales rep for our team

Looking for a change and new opportunity? I am David, founder of TechOne and technology consultant. We are hiring a junior sales rep for our Czech market. Fluent Czech required.
What we sell: cloud, ERP, and automation. Plus two of our own products: SmartDocto for document automation, and Sales2up for B2B sales teams.
02 // WHAT YOU WILL DO
What you will do
- Find leads and reach out to companies. We have our own database, so you do not start from scratch.
- Book meetings with prospects interested in our services and the first months we go to them together, so you see how to lead a conversation with a CTO or CFO.
- Before each meeting, you learn about the company, contacts, and any prior conversations.
- Over time, you lead intro calls on your own and we figure out next steps together.
- Dynamics 365 Sales is your daily tool. You will find activities, clients, and plans there.
03 // PROFILE
Your profile
- You have 1-2 years of B2B sales experience. SaaS, agency, tech firm, any background works.
- Fluent Czech (this is for the Czech market) and conversational English for client calls.
- You have worked with CRM and enjoy a structured workflow.
- German is a plus.
04 // WHAT YOU GET
What you get
- Pay. Monthly base plus commission. I will help you ramp up. Specific structure we will discuss in our first meeting.
- Weekly plan and 1:1. Every Friday we plan the next week. Plus regular 1:1 meetings, prep before important client calls, and a review after each won or lost deal so we see what worked and what to do differently.
- Bi-weekly training. We discuss industry news, what we are currently working on with clients, and where you can grow.
- Hybrid. You work from the office and from home, with regular in-person meetings.
