01 // Introduction

AI often spreads through a company before there are shared rules for its use, data handling and the selection of suitable use cases. Simply making AI tools available does not show where they will genuinely help.

We are therefore expanding the team with a consultant who combines knowledge of enterprise AI environments with the practical creation of agents and automations. The role is built on concrete solutions and validating them with the client.

02 // The role

What you will do

  1. Enterprise AI platforms Map how people use AI, for which work and with which data, and compare suitable enterprise environments.
  2. Enterprise AI platforms Design usage rules, roles and permissions, enterprise data handling, knowledge sources and the way solutions are made available and managed.
  3. Agents and automation Build assistants and agents by configuring instructions, knowledge sources, tools, connectors, reusable skills and workflows.
  4. Agents and automation Work with a process analyst to choose between an agent, AI automation, a conventional workflow or a custom application and prepare a prototype.
  5. Pilot and client Lead workshops and presentations, prepare demonstrations and explain capabilities, limitations and the recommended approach to management and IT.
  6. Pilot and client Test the solution against concrete scenarios, assess quality, cost and the need for human oversight and prepare the next deployment step.

03 // Profile

Who we are looking for

  1. You have hands-on experience with at least one visual or low-code environment for building enterprise agents and chatbots, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise Agent Designer or Agent Studio, or a comparable platform.
  2. You can build an assistant or agent with custom instructions, knowledge sources, tools and workflows, then test and publish it.
  3. You understand the capabilities and limitations of AI models and can choose between an agent, workflow, conventional automation or a custom application.
  4. You can work with a process analyst to turn a concrete business problem into an AI solution design and a working pilot.
  5. You can present the solution to a client, demonstrate how it works and defend the recommended option to management and IT.
  6. You can work with English documentation and lead a professional presentation or meeting in English.

Nice to have

  • Practical work with APIs, connectors, MCP, RAG, documents or multi-step agent workflows.
  • Experience with evaluation, monitoring or production operation of AI solutions.

04 // Collaboration

How the collaboration works

  • Problem first, platform second. First establish what people need to do, how they work today and what outcome they need. Only then recommend a platform, agent or another type of automation.
  • Show the solution in practice. The work does not end with a recommendation or presentation. Build a prototype, demonstrate it to the client and stay involved during testing and evaluation.
  • Part-time collaboration. We confirm the scope and working model before the collaboration begins. Depending on the project, workshops and key meetings take place at the client, in the office or remotely.
