Common questions
How does dedicated capacity differ from project delivery?
Reserved capacity sets aside an agreed number of hours or days for work prioritized within a defined area. Project delivery has a pre-agreed scope, outputs, responsibilities and acceptance method.
How fast can we start?
The start date depends on the role, scope and current capacity. After an initial call, we confirm the availability of the relevant people and propose a realistic date.
What if we only need 5 hours a week?
A small recurring scope is possible when it fits the nature of the work and the continuity required. A one-off problem is usually better handled as a defined specialist task; recurring capacity is agreed according to the role and expected availability.
Can we start with a project and move to long-term capacity?
Yes. A completed project can be followed by support or reserved capacity for further development. The scope, responsibility and price of the follow-up engagement are agreed separately.
Can we communicate with the team directly or only through PM?
For project delivery, the project manager is usually the main organizational contact, while technical questions can also be discussed directly with team members. Reserved capacity can be set up as direct collaboration with a named specialist.
What if we need capacity immediately?
We first verify whether a suitable person is actually available. For an urgent issue, a short diagnostic or one-off intervention may be appropriate; we do not promise long-term capacity without confirming a specific person and start date.
