ERP & Integration
Switching to a new ERP? We help with process analysis, data migration
and automation powered by AI.
Challenges We Solve
Most companies face the same challenges when deciding on a new ERP
Old ERP Holds You Back
Your ERP runs on its own server, every change takes months and maintenance gets more expensive. Connecting it to other systems is impossible.
Migration is High Risk
You need to move to a new system but fear data loss or downtime. Your data is in proprietary format and you don't know how to transfer it.
ERP into Chaos Only Speeds Up Chaos
You have inefficient processes - unnecessary steps, paperwork, waiting for approvals. When you implement ERP into this, you only digitize the problems.
Manual Document Processing
You retype supplier invoices manually. Customer orders are entered into the system by hand. EDI communication doesn't exist. AI extraction is impossible.

ERP Process Automation in Manufacturing and Logistics
ERP system automation delivers the most value where dozens or hundreds of the same operations are repeated daily, particularly in manufacturing, logistics and procurement. Instead of manually entering orders, retyping delivery notes and checking inventory levels in spreadsheets, a properly configured ERP system can manage these processes automatically, in real time and without human error.
In the order-to-cash area (from order to payment), we automate the entire chain: receiving orders from the e-shop or EDI, checking stock availability, creating production orders or purchase orders, dispatch and invoicing. For the procurement process (procure-to-pay), we set up automatic reordering based on minimum stock levels, approval workflows and three-way matching of delivery notes, invoices and purchase orders.
We handle warehouse logistics through ERP integration with WMS systems: automated goods receipt, dispatch based on FIFO/FEFO, stocktaking with barcodes or RFID. For processing incoming documents, we use AI data extraction from invoices, delivery notes and orders, replacing manual retyping and significantly reducing error rates.
We build the entire automation on the principles of reliable DevOps infrastructure, ensuring your ERP runs stably 24/7 and automated processes are not disrupted by unexpected outages. The result is less manual work, faster order throughput and better real-time visibility into process status.
ERP System for Manufacturing Operations
Manufacturing companies have specific ERP requirements that a standard financial-accounting solution cannot cover. You need to plan production, manage material flows, track quality and coordinate machine maintenance, all in a single system connected to procurement, warehousing and finance.
The foundation of a manufacturing ERP is MRP (Material Requirements Planning), a system that automatically calculates what needs to be purchased and when, based on the production plan, bills of materials and current stock levels. Building on this is capacity planning, which schedules production orders across individual machines and workstations while accounting for their availability, shift patterns and planned maintenance windows.
Quality management is a critical component, covering everything from incoming material inspection through in-process checks to final product inspection. The ERP system records measurement results, manages non-conformance workflows and generates audit reports for customers. Machine maintenance planning (preventive and predictive) minimizes unplanned downtime and extends the lifespan of production equipment.
For manufacturing companies, we recommend Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, which covers all the above areas in a single platform. Unlike the smaller Business Central, it offers advanced production planning, project manufacturing management and support for multi-level bills of materials. The system runs in Azure cloud, so you have access from anywhere without the need to manage your own servers.
Integrating ERP with E-commerce, CRM and Other Systems
An ERP system without connections to surrounding systems loses a large part of its potential. Most companies today run an e-shop, CRM, WMS, time tracking or accounting software alongside their ERP, and data between them is often transferred manually or via Excel exports. Proper integration eliminates these silos and creates a single, consistent data environment.
The most common integration scenario is connecting ERP with an e-shop: synchronizing the product catalog, prices and stock levels from ERP to the e-shop, and transferring orders back to ERP for fulfillment. An order placed by a customer in the e-shop is automatically reflected in the warehouse, logistics and invoicing without a single manual step.
Integration with a CRM system ensures your sales team sees current order statuses, invoices and payment history directly in the customer record. Conversely, sales opportunities flow from CRM to ERP and automatically convert into orders once closed. WMS integration handles automated receipts, dispatches and stocktaking. Connection to accounting software or banking APIs enables automatic payment matching.
We build all integrations through modern API interfaces (REST or GraphQL) with emphasis on real-time data synchronization, robust error handling and monitoring. To see what such an integration project looks like in practice, check out our IBG case study, where we connected Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and Dynamics NAV into a unified system.
Switching from K2 or ABRA Flexi to Dynamics 365
The Czech enterprise software market is unique. Many companies still run local ERP systems such as K2, ABRA Flexi, Helios or Money S5. These systems have their strengths, but as your company grows, you hit their limits: advanced manufacturing planning is missing, integration with global platforms is complex, and cloud versions lag behind the capabilities of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Switching to Dynamics 365 opens the door to company-wide management on a single platform, from finance through manufacturing to CRM and business intelligence via Power BI. For mid-sized companies, we recommend Business Central; for manufacturing companies with complex processes, Finance & Operations. Both solutions run in Azure cloud with localization for local legislation and language requirements.
Migration from a local ERP involves several key steps: thorough analysis of existing processes and customizations, designing the new structure in Dynamics 365, gradual transfer of master data (chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, products, warehouses), migration of historical data, and parallel operation of both systems for 1–3 months. During parallel operation, both systems run simultaneously, giving you confidence that the new system works correctly before shutting down the old one.
Data transfer is critically important: account balances, open receivables and payables, inventory with movement history and customer data must be complete and consistent. We have extensive experience with data migrations, as demonstrated by our collaboration with Tecam. If your current system runs on-premise, the project can also include infrastructure migration to the cloud, giving you not only a modern ERP but also a stable and scalable environment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which ERP system is best for mid-sized company?
Depends on your industry and processes. For Czech companies we recommend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (flexible, cloud-ready, strong support in Czech Republic). More important than brand is fit with your processes. That's why we start with analysis, not tool selection.
Which ERP areas do you cover?
We cover comprehensive implementation including finance and controlling, logistics and inventory management, manufacturing and capacity planning, sales and CRM, HR and payroll. We have experience with Czech systems (K2, ABRA Flexi) and Dynamics 365, so we understand specific requirements of Czech companies.
How does employee training for the new ERP system work?
We split training into several phases. First, we train key users who become internal experts and help with adoption in their teams. Then we run group training sessions for end users based on their roles. We prepare video tutorials and documentation. During the first weeks of live operation, we provide on-site support to resolve questions directly on the spot.
Do you optimize processes before ERP implementation?
Yes, and it's critical! Implementing ERP into bad processes only accelerates chaos. Before implementation, we map workflows, perform work analysis and standardization, optimize material flows and set micrologistics standards. Only then do we implement a system that actually increases productivity, not just digitizes problems.
Do you provide ongoing ERP support and updates after deployment?
Yes, we offer SLA packages for long-term ERP management. These include system monitoring, regular updates and patches, user helpdesk, incident resolution with guaranteed response times and continuous optimization based on feedback. For Dynamics 365, we also handle Microsoft updates and test compatibility with your customizations.
Do you develop custom ERP modules?
Yes, we develop custom modules for specific needs - manufacturing technologies, special calculations, industry-specific processes or integration with specialized hardware. We have experience with K2 customization, D365 integrations and developing extensions for process automation.
How long does ERP implementation take?
Implementation timelines depend on project scope and process complexity. Smaller implementations (core modules for a company with up to 50 users) can be completed in 3–4 months. Mid-sized projects with customizations and integrations typically take 6–9 months. Complex company-wide deployments with data migration from legacy systems, training and parallel operation can extend to 9–12 months. We always recommend a gradual rollout by modules so you see early results and can adjust direction along the way.
How much does ERP implementation cost?
There is no one-size-fits-all price for ERP implementation because it depends on many factors: the number of modules (finance, warehouse, manufacturing, CRM), number of users, level of customization, data migration complexity and required integrations with other systems. Smaller Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations start in the tens of thousands of euros, while complex projects with manufacturing planning and extensive integrations can reach six figures. During a free initial consultation, we map your needs and prepare a cost estimate with a clear breakdown.
